<blockquote>(a) Please make sure that the team you are coaching is

listed in the "Do not schedule against" section of your referee

preferences.<br>

  <blockquote>If you are coaching your own child's team, that should

happen automatically. If you are coaching a team on which none of your

children plays, you need to add that team manually to your "Do not

schedule against" preference.<br>

(b) Please add a short note in the "Special instructions" field that

says something like:<br>

  <blockquote>Coaching U14B-3; do not schedule for slots before/after

U14-B-3 matches<br>

  </blockquote>

so that the schedulers don't try to book you during your pre-game

warmup or post-game debrief.<br>
