[ayso45-refs] AYSO: Beau's progress

As of last night,  Beau was heavily doped up for pain, but was worried about
making sure the pizza were ordered for the Wednesday night Coach/Ref
session.  

He is being moved out of the Trauma ICU today as his condition improves.
The count of broken ribs is "only" four (not six). :-)

A number of people have asked about sending cards.   May I suggest that if
you care to do so,  send it via the AYSO PO box.
