[ayso45-refs] AYSO: Beau in bike accident

Region 45's Regional Referee Administrator, Beau James, was in a bike
accident Tuesday.  He sustained fairly major injuries including a major
concussion, 6 broken ribs and a broken collar bone.  He is currently in
Valley Medical Center with a lot of pain.  It is uncertain at this time how
long he will need to remain there.

I'm sure we will all want to keep Beau in our thoughts and hope for a full
and speedy recovery.
