Thanks for checking. Yes, it was deliberate.

No, please ignore it.  It will disappear completely in another week or two.

In both U7 and U8, there is only a single area in front of each goal.  
That single area is both the goal area and the penalty area. Goal kicks 
can be taken from anywhere in that area, and on any goal kick or free 
kick by the defending team, the ball must leave that area to be in play.
