[ayso45-refs] REMINDER: Game day lineup cards and substitutions

_*Coaches:*_

    There were a number of teams that did not have their lineup cards
    last Saturday.

    Please read the note below, and make sure that the coach or
    assistant coach prints and brings lineup cards for every game.

_*Referees and Assistant Referes:*_

    Be sure that you record the substitutes who are sitting out each
    quarter. Also record who plays goalkeeper each quarter. Referees,
    please check the cards before you leave the field - especially if
    you had to recruit club linesmen to help out - and /please /enter
    the cards promptly after the match.
