[ayso45-refs] Referee mentors needed

At the returning referee refresher, we discussed the need for mentors 
especially during the first couple of weekends when the newly trained 
referees take the field for the first time.

Mentoring is also a good way to earn some of the "service units" that 
you need for your Intermediate, Advanced, and National badge upgrades.

Several of you offered to help mentor, but I wasn't able to write down 
everyone's name during the meeting.

If you are willing and available to mentor, please let me know which of 
these dates can work for you:

    - September 5
    - September 12
    - September 19 (Silent Saturday)

(You may have marked "mentoring" in WebYouthSoccer as well, but 
unfortunately there's no way for me to extract the llist of mentors from 
WYS.)
