[ayso45-refs] Be sure to record referee(s) when entering match results!

Refs,

There are still quite a few games being entered in WebYouthSoccer 
without the referee name, especially in U7 and U8 (and occasionally in 
U10, the referee team is not complete/correct).

Refs, /please /take an extra moment to validate the referee (or referee 
team) when entering your match results.  Region 45 really wants to be 
sure that all referees have an accurate game history in WYS, for referee 
badge upgrades and for keeping track of experience.  Occasionally, the 
region staff also need to be able to contact the referee to follow up on 
a game comment or when a coach reports a playing time discrepancy.
