[ayso45-refs] Upper-division referee seminar invitation for Saturday 10/31

This seminar will be led by Tom Bobadilla, AYSO's new National Referee 
Program Administrator, a FIFA Referee, and a USSF National Assessor.

The principal audience is referees interested in U16-U19 AYSO, CYSA, 
high school, college, or other older youth games.

(Everyone is welcome. U12 and U14 refs, especially if you plan to be 
involved in refereeing and moving up over the next few years, may also 
find this seminar interesting and useful.)
