[ayso45-refs] Question on U8 goal Kick

If a team takes a restart kick quickly (before the other team clears
out beyond the 6 yards) and the ball hits the other team (inside of 6
yards), I'd assume there is no violation? (I've seen this on a
direct/indirect free kick when a team on the attack wants to press an
advantage.)
