[ayso45-refs] Region 45 has moved to a new ISP!

Referees,

Because of recurring problems with our previous ISP, the AYSO Region 45 
website and mailing lists have moved to a new ISP (DreamHost, 
http://www.dreamhost.com).

The region 45 website has a completely new look and improved 
functionality.  Parts of the new website are still being fine-tuned in 
preparation for the start of 2009 registration.  A few other parts are 
still under construction.

On the mailing list side, the change should be transparent to you.  With 
one exception: your password for customizing your mailing list settings 
has changed.  You will get a mailing list reminder on April 1 that will 
include your new password.
