[ayso45-refs] Early alert: spring referee training

Youth referee, Regional Referee, and Intermediate Referee classes are 
being offered by region 35 (Cupertino).

The classes are open to everyone, though priority in any limited-space 
classes will go to referees who are supporting spring-season soccer teams.
