[ayso45-refs] Referees who are also coaches: about setting your referee preferences

If you are a referee (U10 division and older) who is also coaching a 
team ...

First, we appreciate you doing yeoman duty!

Second ...

    (a) Please make sure that the team you are coaching is listed in the
    "Do not schedule against" section of your referee preferences.

        If you are coaching your own child's team, that should happen
        automatically. If you are coaching a team on which none of your
        children plays, you need to add that team manually to your "Do
        not schedule against" preference.

    (b) Please add a short note in the "Special instructions" field that
    says something like:

        Coaching U14B-3; do not schedule for slots before/after U14-B-3
        matches

    so that the schedulers don't try to book you during your pre-game
    warmup or post-game debrief.
