[ayso45-refs] Please login to WebYouthSoccer & set Referee Preferences

There are a lot of AYSO URLs, so just to be clear:

    WebYouthSoccer (WYS):      http://r45.webyouthsoccer.com

Bookmark the WYS website. You'll be using it all season long to 
set/update your referee preferences and to record match results after 
each game.

    Region 45 Website:                 http://www.ayso45.org

Also a good one to bookmark, for region-specific news and updates, 
region 45 contacts, plus region-specific policies and procedures.

Most of the other URLs that you may need to use occasionally (eAYSO, 
etc.) are linked from the region 45 website.
