<div style="MARGIN: 5pt 0in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font size="3">AYSO Region 45's annual Coaches' Meeting for Under-7 through Under-14 coaches is Saturday August 7th starting promptly at 10:45am at Springer Elementary School (see below for details). Please make every effort to attend as many volunteer hours have already gone into making soccer happen for 2,000 kids and there is information which you will need to hear first hand. In the event you are out on vacation or simply cannot attend, please plan on meeting up with your Division Coordinator upon your return.</font></span></div>
<div style="MARGIN: 5pt 0in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font size="3">If you have not yet turned in your AYSO volunteer paperwork to your Division Coordinator or some other board member for ID verification, please pre-register ahead of time through eAYSO and bringing 2 copies to the meeting and please arrive early (starting at 10am) and volunteers will be present to collect this (collection will stop at 10:45am and will not resume until lunch). <div style="MARGIN: 5pt 0in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font size="3">For Under-6 coaches, your Coaches' Meeting is scheduled for Saturday August 28th at 3:00pm at Bubb Elementary School and more details will be sent out sooner to the event.</font></span></div>

<div style="MARGIN: 5pt 0in" class="MsoNormal"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial"><font size="3">AYSO National has mandated that all coaches be certified to the level that they coach. We are offering U8 and U12 training on August 7<sup>th</sup> in conjunction with the coaches meeting.<span> </span>For U8 coaches the training is in the morning before the meeting and for U12 coaches the training is split into two sessions around the mandatory meeting.<span> </span>For U14 and above you should take the intermediate training offered at the area level, please consult the training calendar on <a href="http://www.ayso45.org/" target="_blank">www.ayso45.org</a> by selecting COACHES then TRAINING for dates.</font></span></div>
