[ayso45-coaches] AYSO Needs you help to identify Division Coordinators for the forthcoming fall season

Dear AYSO Coaches, 

The AYSO board for Region 45 (MV & LA) in looking for a number of parents to step up and take on the role of Division Coordinator (DC) for the several teams including U7 boys, U7 girls, U10 girls, U12 boys, U12girls and U14 boys for the forthcoming fall season. Last year many DC's had a partner and or an assistant to share the work load - this worked well.   

I have listed below,  the main responsibilities for the Division Coordinators - please let me know if you are interested or if you know someone who might be interested.

Volunteer Coordinator - AYSO Region 45 

  
  a.. Attend Division Coordinator Training - early May 
  b.. Confirm Coaches - May and June 
    a.. Provide instructions for registering as a volunteer in eAYSO (annual requirement) and passing Safe Haven Training (a one time requirement)
  c.. Collect eAYSO Volunteer forms and Check IDs - May through August 
  d.. Enter Buddy Pairs into Web Youth Soccer - June 
    a.. Handle issues that come up such as players registered in different divisions
  e.. Recruit Volunteer Coaches and Referees as necessary - June and July 
  f.. Team Formation - Mostly July 
  g.. Maintain and Manage the Wait Pool - June through August 
  h.. Attend Coaches Meeting - Early August (August 8th, this year) 
  i.. Handle Change Requests - August 
  j.. Coordinate and Finalize Practice Schedules - August 
  k.. Track Progress of Games Using Web Youth Soccer - September through November
