[ayso45-coaches] Length of Practice Reminder

Hi Coaches,
Just a quick reminder about the length of practice, 
 
U7 should practice 1 day a week for 60 minutes.
U8 - 1 day a week for 75 minutes
U10 - 2 days a week for 75 minutes
U12+ - 2 days a week for 90 minutes
 
You can fit your practice time anywhere in the allotted 90 minute window (e.g. 5:30pm to 6:45pm or 5:45pm to 7pm for a U10 team).
