[ayso45-coaches] Helpful coaching printouts

I spent a few hours to put together a couple Word templates that have been
really useful for soccer coaching.

One is just an outline of a field.  I use it to mark up plays (with X's and
O's) so I can talk to the kids with a picture they can look at.
The second is four outlines.  It is for the same thing, but smaller.
The last one is for planning a game schedule.  It shows 4 1/2 fields
captioned "first quarter" through "fourth quarter".  I use it to mark who is
playing where on game day.
