[ayso45-coaches] AYSO Region 45 - Game Field Setup and Takedown Procedures

Hello Coaches,

Procedures for setup and take down of all of the game fields along with the
location of parking, lock boxes and/or sheds has posted to
www.ayso45.org/fields.

Please point your volunteer parent setup crews to this document and print
out a copy for yourself. They (you) need to be familiar with the procedures
at the field or fields you will be playing at this season as well as the
general comments.

The combination for all of the lock boxes and the Montclaire shed is listed
in your coaches' binder. The sheds at Huff and Springer have a key and the
key is found on a large chain stored in the lock box at the field.

The file is also attached for your convenience.
