[ayso45-coaches] AYSO - Golden Gate Camp for Coaches and Referees

Hello Coaches and Referees,

There is a push from the AYSO Section 2 staff to get people signed up for
Golden Gate Camp - AYSO Section 2's Instructional Retreat for Referees and
Coaches, July 17-19 at Notre Dame de Namur in Belmont.

For higher level coaches and referees, this is where you can get Advanced
Coach and Advanced or National Referee certified, necessary for coaching or
refereeing Under-16 and Under-19 games. This is also a great opportunity if
you are interested in instructing our local coach and referee training
classes to get your Coach or Referee instructor certification.

To date, we have just 2 people from Region 45 who have signed up and we
budgeted for more than that.

At this point, our plan is to reimburse anyone who attends the Advance
Coach, the Advanced or National Referee or any of the instructor track
classes. I will also entertain reimbursing people looking to take the
Intermediate Coach (necessary to coach a U14 team) training course, but need
to handle all of the the other requests first as there are no other local
options for this training.

Next steps -

   - Contact your Coach Administrator (coachadmin at ayso45.org), your Referee
   Administrator (refadmin at ayso45.org) or me for approval as we need to
   track our numbers.
   - Once approved, register on-line - the registration link can be found at
   http://www.section2.org/goldenga.htm
   - Pay by check mailed to the address given in the instructions.
   - Attend the camp.
   - Submit your receipts for reimbursement to our treasurer -
   treasurer at ayso45.org
