Hello Coaches,

The final equipment collection and medal pick up is THURSDAY DECEMBER 17th
from 7:30pm to 8:30pm:

1201 St. Joseph Ave
Los Altos, CA 94024
The most important item is your turning in your signed Registration/Medical
Release Forms (one copy per player) that you carried all season as the
region is required to store these. Please don't make our volunteers spend
extra cycles having to track these down for teams where these are missing.
